Client Retention = Sustained Growth
IT COSTS MORE TO GET A CUSTOMER THAN TO KEEP ONE.
If that sounds absurdly simplistic, it's intentional. After years in New York City's pressure-cooker financial world, I learned the value of customer retention; the high cost of losing them--in both dollars and opportunities lost. No mystery; it's too easy to ignore common-sense best practices required to keep customers, and losing out on profits because of it.
I've always been a digital strategist, continually raising the bar, determined to never stop. I'm at home with product development, project management, relationship management and guiding cross-functional teams, and more. Challenges may be complex, but solutions don't have to be. The secret is data-driven decisions, hard work and attention to details. That commitment and approach are showcased in independent awards for web and mobile sites for financial professionals and investors from Kasina, Dalbar and Mutual Fund Educational Alliance (MFEA). I'm proud of those awards, but wanted to do more: Bringing digital expertise to small and medium-sized businesses, and by leveling the playing field--giving them a chance to compete and win. Tipping Point was born to do that. Our promise is a sound plan, not a quick fix. Our vision isn't for clients to win but to keep winning. We collaborate with clients to identify the services they need, not what we're selling. Crafting digital strategies with their goals, never one-size-can't-possibly-fit-all solutions in a box. More about you, and less about us. Always. Expect us to ask a lot of questions, to understand what you're doing and what you envision, with a level of attentive, personal attention you might not expect, but we think everyone deserves. Our priority is building relationships, not generating transactions. If you're seeking a digital partner for the long haul, reach out and get the conversation started. Let's do something amazing together! Damaris de los Santos
